Su tapınağı ve kemeri, Tunus'un kuzeyinde yer alan Zağvan dağının zirvesinde olup M.S. 2. yüzyılda Roma İmparatorluğu tarafından inşa ettirilmiştir.
The water temple and its arch are on the summit of Zagvan Mountain in the north of Tunisia and was built by the Roman Empire in the 2nd century AD.
