Su kemeri İstanbulun Eyüp ilçesinin Kermerburgaz mevkiinde yer almaktadır. Bizans Dönemi altyapıları kullanılarak Mimar Sinan tarafından 1554 ile 1564 yılları arası inşa edilen inşa edilen su kemeri, 90 derecelik bir açı yaparak inşa edildiğinden ismi Eğri Kemer olarak adlandırılsa da Kovuk Kemer, Kırık Kemer veya Delikli Kemer isimleri de kulanılmaktadır.

The aqueduct is located in Kermerburgaz in Eyüp district of Istanbul. It was built between 1554 and 1564 by Mimar Sinan, using the Byzantine period infrastructures. The aqueduct is named as Egri Kemer because it was built at an angle of 90 degrees. The names Hollow Belt, Broken Belt or Perforated Belt are also used.
