Üsküdarda Salacak sahilinde küçük bir ada üzerine kurulmuş olan Kız kulesinin M.Ö. 300'lü yıllarda inşa edildiği ve fener, gözetleme kulesi, hastahane, vergi toplama merkezi, radyo istasyonu, eğlence mekanı gibi çesitli amaçlarla kullanılmıştır. Günümüzde ise restoran olarak hizmet vermektedir.Kule hakkında çok sayıda efsane bulunmaktadır.

Maiden's Tower was built in 300's B.C on a small island in Salacak coast in Üsküdar, Istanbul. Maiden's tower has been used for various purposes such as lantern, watchtower, hospital, tax collection center, radio station, entertainment venue. Today, it serves as a restaurant. There are many legends about the tower.
