Kucukcekmece Bridge, located at the point where Kucukcekmece Lake meets the Sea of Marmara, was built by Mimar Sinan in 1560 upon the instructions of Suleiman the Magnificent. The stone bridge, which is 227 meters long and approximately 7 meters wide, has 13 arches.
