The Tophane Fountain, located in Tophane Square, was built by Sultan Mahmut I in 1732 in baroque style. It is the tallest and third largest fountain in Istanbul. Kılıc Ali Pasha Mosque was built by Mimar Sinan in 1580 by Kılıç Ali Pasha. The mosque has a complex consisting of a madrasah, a tomb and a bath.
