The mausoleum of Koca Mehmet Ragıp Pasha (1698-1763) is located next to the library that bears his name and built with his own money in Istanbul Laleli. Koca Mehmet Ragıp Pasha is the favorite poet of the 18th century, who was the Ottoman Grand Vizier, diplomat, divan poet, librarian and translator.
