Description

The Pearl Pavilion (Incili Pavilion Or Sinan Pasha Pavilion) is located on the road from Sirkeci to Cankurtaran in Eminonu district of Istanbul, on the extension of the Byzantine period Manganlar Palace. The Pearl Pavilion was built by the Grand Vizier Koca Sinan Pasha to Architect Davut Aga at the end of XVI.century (1589-1591). The Pearl Pavilion, one of the most important seaside mansions, was named as the “The Pearl Pavilion-Incili Kosk” by the Europeans due to its ornaments in the form of a bunch of pearls hanging from its dome
