It is an engraving on the presentation page of the book "Constantinople And The Scenery Of the Seven Churches of Asia Minor" written by Robert Walsh and illustrated by Thomas Allom. Hasbahce (Garden Of Palace) is the resting and sightseeing area of the Ottoman sultans and their families in the spring and summer months at Topkapi Palace. Goths Column is in Gulhane Park, which is the outer garden of Topkapi Palace. The marble column, which is 18.5 meters high, is estimated to have been built in the Roman period in the III.century. It is called the Goths Column because of the inscription on the monument telling about the victory against the Goths.
