Description

Temple of Augustus was built for Emperor Augustus before Roman Period in B.C. 25-20 years. The temple is dedicated to Kybele and Men. The marble temple, which measures probably 36 x 54.82 m, is 2 m. height, on a multi-step podium. Haci Bayram Mosque is a historical mosque located in the Ulus district of Ankara's Altındag district. It is adjacent to the Temple of Augustus. Haci Bayram Mosque was built by Architect Mehmet Bey in 1427-1428.
