It is the second of the three palaces located on the banks of the Kağıthane Stream in Istanbul, which were built and demolished in the same place throughout history. The second Sadabad Palace was built between 1809 and 1816 in place of the famous First Sadabad Palace of the Tulip Age and was demolished in 1862. The engraving shows the Tent Mansion, which is located at the base of the palace and was built to watch the waterfalls, the waterfalls formed by making the weirs of the Kağıthane Creek, and a bronze column with a fountain consisting of two snake bodies wrapped together in the middle of the pool.
