The Stables of Dolmabahçe Palace (Istabl-ı Amire), which was built in 1856 at the location where İnönü Stadium is located today, suffered great damage in the fire in 1881. These barns were demolished in 1947 to build the İnönü stadium. The monumental entrance door with a triangular pediment on the façade facing the Palace of this building, which measures approximately 115 m x 160 m and has a central courtyard, is depicted in the engraving.
