Sokullu Mehmet Pasha Islamic social complex (Kulliye) and the Yellow Selim Mosque were built by Sokollu Mehmet Pasha in 1574 by Mimar Sinan in Payas (Yakacik), Antakya. Sokullu Mehmet Pasha Complex has madrasah, primary school, bazaar, inn, poorhouse, hospice, bathhouse, fountain and Sarı Selim Mosque. Due to the fact that the region is on the pilgrimage route, the complex and mosque became one of the important accommodation points in its time.
