Fountain seen in the engraving is one of the Zugaybe Fountains unique to Antakya. They are stone fountains built by various people in the 19th century and most of them in the early 20th century for the purpose of bringing Zugeyba Spring Waters from the Zugeyba Valley in the south of Antakya to Antakya and ensuring that the people can use it. Zugaybe fountains, which had a systematic structure, were working in connection with each other. It is written in various sources that there are between 23 and 30 Zugaybe Fountains in various parts of Antakya.
