The Wall Relief of King Tarkasnawa of Hittite is located on the south-facing slope of Mount Nif in the Karabel pass on the Kemalpaşa-Torbalı road in İzmir province. The relief of a man, holding a spear in his left hand and a bow in his right hand, and wearing a tunic and a cone-shaped hat, is approximately 2.5 meters by 1.5 meters in size and is carved into a niche. The wall relief, believed to have been made around the 13th century BC, had its lower half destroyed by treasure hunters in 2017 and 2019. The figure in the relief is believed to be the Hittite King Tarkasnawa (also known as Tarkondemos), based on a Luwian inscription found near the relief.
