Description

This engraving impressively depicts the supply forces and logistic performances of the Allied Army on the Kadıköy road from Balaklava to Sevastopol during the Crimean War, under difficult terrain and weather conditions. The difficulties experienced by the soldiers and the army are revealed, as are the cars, cannons and animals that had difficulty moving on the wet and muddy road.
